A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public money out
of the treasury from the state fund, general revenue,
surplus accrued for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-two, to the Department of
Military Affairs and Public Safety, Division of Public
Safety, Acct. No. 5700, section nine, title II, chapter
twelve, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-two, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section nine, title II, chapter twelve, acts of the
Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-
two, known as the budget bill, be supplemented and amended by
adding the following additional sums from surplus accrued to the
following designated line items in Acct. No. 5700.

Section 9. Appropriations from surplus accrued.

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement the aforesaid account in the fiscal year 1992-1993
from surplus accrued as of the thirtieth day of June, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-two.
This amount shall be available for expenditure immediately
upon passage of this bill.
